Who is FRENETIC?

FRENETIC is a premium fitness clothing brand from Europe, Hungary. A family owned company who is creating the newest designs with lots of love and thoughtful concept.

How is FRENETIC different than other brands?

All the clothes are produced in-house in Hungary and every single piece is quality checked before final packaging. The fabrics are with special Lycra fibre technology and sourced exclusively from Italy. Premium quality, unique design, and guaranteed long lasting products in Limited Edition.

How do I best maintain and wash the products?

In order for you to enjoy the products for many years to come, please consider gentle machine wash on maximum 30C or less with gentle cycle or hand wash.

How long is the delivery time?

We will deliver within 24-48 hrs within UAE (depending on the location). You can find our Shipping Policy here.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping over AED 500 purchase within UAE.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns up to 14 days after you receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for clean, unworn items, returned with all the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will either issue a refund to your bank account or a voucher with the same amount to shop new beautiful items for your fitness wardrobe. You can read our Return Policy in full details here.

How do I return my order?

Please contact us at store@frenetic.ae with your order number and details of the items you would like to return as well as the reason of it. Our team will guide you from there with the next steps.

How can I change my order's delivery address?

Please contact us at store@frenetic.ae about your request and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we do accept Cash On Delivery only. Soon it will be extended to variety of card payments as well.

How do I log into my account?

When you open the website, you will find the "Log In" Icon next to the cart on the top right corner. Click on the icon and enter your username and password then click Log In.

I forgot my password. What shall I do?

To create a new password, click on “Forgot your password?” link on the log-in page, enter your e-mail then press Submit. We will send you an e-mail with instructions to update your password.
